Applawz was created by a cranky Gen Xer, who is still under the delusion that privacy matters and exists, even online. Protecting your privacy is important to this company. However, given the world we live in, things are not that simple, so below is the privacy policy that our lawyers said we need to have.
1. Introduction.
(a) Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.
(b) Website Owner. Professor P Enterprises, LLC is the owner of Applawz.net (the Website). Professor P Enterprises, LLC can be contacted by e-mail at admin@profpe.net. This privacy policy discloses Professor P Enterprises, LLC information practices for the Website, what type of information and personally identifiable information is requested of users, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
(c) Website Visits. In general, you can visit the Website without disclosing any personal information. We do not keep track of the domains from which people visit us.
(d) Web Site Transactions. At times, Professor P Enterprises, LLC will need personal information regarding a customer (for example, to process an order we may need a customer’s name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card details). (a) No Tracking of Personally Identifiable Information.
The Website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs may generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others.

Your continued use of this site after such changes constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to these changes.

You have the right at any time to cease permitting personally identifiable information to be collected, used or disclosed by Professor P Enterprises, LLC and/or by any third parties with whom it has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Professor P Enterprises, LLC via e-mail at admin@profpe.net, telephone or certified postal mail. After processing the cancellation, we will delete your information from our data base.

(a) Information Maintained. Upon customer’s request, Professor P Enterprises, LLC will provide a reasonable description of your personally identifiable information that we maintain in our data bank.
(b) Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help keep your personal information accurate. If a customer’s personal information changes, or if a customer notes an error upon review of their customer information that on file, please promptly e-mail Professor P Enterprises, LLC at admin@profpe.net and provide the new or correct information.
